OPTIMIZE YOUR HEALTH
You are 50+ and you notice that you have aches and pains that your previously did not have
- You have less energy than before, and you notice this in your output
- Maybe you already have a little too high cholesterol / blood sugar etc.
- You eat too little healthy food (partly influenced by your schedule and obligations)
- And you don't work-out enough
You have been walking around with this for a while and it is not possible to come to concrete actions to change this, too little time, etc.
The fact is that entrepreneurs and professionals often pay too little attention to their health because they are often born optimists.
This is positive on the one hand and naive on the other.
Your health really is the basis of EVERYTHING.
If that falls away, your company / top position often comes to a standstill.
What then?
The good news is that so much can be done to maintain good health for a long time.
Prevention is what this is all about and that is still receiving far too little attention in regular care.
I can help you with this.
Make an appointment for a free session.
I'll map out your health and we'll optimize it from there.
If you regularly do a check-up, it is easier to keep a grip on your health.
Moreover, you can respond immediately if, for example, you have a shortage of vitamins and or minerals.
Because "prevention is still better than to cure" and "your lifestyle affects your longevity!"

About Me
Living a Long and Healthy Life, Even with a Busy Career!
My name is Sheila Kwint, and as a driven professional, I know firsthand the impact that hard work can have on your body. For years, I worked as an international lawyer, putting in long hours under high stress and feeling the consequences. Additionally, I struggled with fragile health from a young age, which motivated me to find ways to stay healthy without giving up my ambitions.
Hard work takes a toll on the body, something many entrepreneurs and professionals may not fully realize. I learned, through my own experience, that the solution often lies in a combination of conventional medical treatments and a preventive approach. Conventional care primarily addresses issues once they’ve clearly manifested, but it often falls short in preventing health problems. I have experienced this gap many times myself.
This is why, in recent years, I pursued several advanced training programs, including the
prestigious U.S. certification as a Functional Medicine Health Coach and the Dutch certification as an Orthomolecular Therapist. These programs focus on mapping a person’s health, even before noticeable complaints arise, and making timely adjustments where needed—and it works!
Inspired by the philosophies of Peter Attia and Dr. Mark Hyman, I firmly believe in the power of a proactive approach to living a long and healthy life, even with a busy career. The combination of conventional care and preventive methods is not only effective in healing but is, in my view, also the key to healthy aging. It allows you to continue doing what matters most to you for a long time.
